The Grünbacherhof in the South Tyrolean town of Chienes is located at an altitude of 800 metres a.s.l. and is the ideal place, in order to flee from the routine, leaving stress and hectiness behind. In the idyllic surroundings, in front of a magnificent alpine scenery, you will gain new energies and discover a fantastic natural landscape along wonderful hiking paths. The family friendly farm was honoured from the touristic portal “Roter Hahn” with the four flowers title and will receive you with three cosy furnished holiday apartments. The Grünbacherhof has got a closed outside area and offers a wide space for playing to your children. In summer the numerous flowers create a bright clourfulness at the 3 flowers farm in Chienes.
Rural idyll at the 3 flowers farm
At the Grünbacherhof both adults and children are kindly welcome. The farm hosts a lot of animals and especially children are glad to help the host family with the farm activities. They are always happy to be there, when cows, rabbits and calves have to be fed. Obviously the farm animals love to be cared as well. Besides these animals the 3 flowers farm host hens and cats. A lot of rural products are produced directly at the farm. Enjoy already in the morning fresh milk and eggs and also a slice of home-made Apfelstrudel, according to grandmother’s recipe.

The Grünbacherhof is a play paradise for the youngest guests. Besides the appreciated collaboration in the stable and in the field the farm playground attracts children a lot. Slide, swing, sandpit and seesaw delight the hearts of our youngest guests. The tree house is a perfect hiding place, while children and parents can play table football. Upon request, here at the Grünbacherhof we can take care of your children. During this period the parents can relax under the shadow of fruit trees, on the manicured garden, enjoying the burbling of the near river.

The Grünbach Alp Chienes/Corti in Pusteria extends at an altitude between 1.900 and 2.450 metres a.s.l. During a day-trip you can discover a magnificent natural, high alpine landscape, breathing deeply the clear and clean alpine air. You will not forget the stay at the idyllic located Grünbach lake and the fantastic panorama view over the South Tyrolean alpine landscape.
